Acro Copper
Introducing a new era of Acrolite snare drums. Originally introduced in 1964, the Acrolite snare drum was developed as a student-level Aluminum snare drum. It has gained prominence over 50+ years for its professional-level build standards. This new Acro Series is the next chapter of the Acrolite legacy. The copper model has the darkest timbre quality any metal alloy has to offer. It resonates with the control of a wood snare while offering the presence you expect from a metal drum. They feature our 1-pc seamless phonic USA made shell in a brushed finish. Adopting the format of the elusive NYC Board of Ed. 6.5x14 Acrolite of 60’s/70’s, these drums feature a 10-twin lugs format for well-balanced tone and projection.
